Just a quick note to say I've sorted this out and I should have it pressed up and ready to go in the next couple of weeks, depending on how fast it gets turned round once I've handed the cash over. I'll keep you posted…

looking forward to it (:
Excellent stuff. Are you getting it done with Dual Plover?
No, I'm using a bunch who are based in Kent - as I'm only pressing 100 copies initially and I'm on quite a tight budget at the moment I decided against using Dual Plover this time.
Fair enough. Hope it all goes well…
who did you get it done with then?
This lot.
OK, I have the CDs, I've individually hand-numbered the lot and they're ready to go. I've posted it on the blog along with a secure Paypal button for anybody who wants one (I've discovered this morning after much messing around that Wikidot doesn't allow embedding of raw HTML unless it's something they've already approved, so I don't seem able to add one to the release page on here - that's why it's on the blog only).
If you want one it's six pounds including P&P worldwide - if you can't be arsed to go through Paypal just contact me (there's an email link on the release page) and we'll sort it out.
Trades etc are just fine and if anybody wants to take a few off my hands and sell them elsewhere then that would be great -and please feel free to spam it anywhere you like as well.
Which reminds me, could somebody mention it on the MySpace page as well, please?
you'd certainly be able to distribute a few rather easily if you go to the proposed DV event in dublin…
(yes, i'm pushing this hard now //)
When you guys firm up a date I shall certainly do my best to be there - I live near two airports that both have regular cheap flights to Dublin.
Got my copy of this a few days ago, and it's absolutely fantastic. Lots of broken beats and distorted ambience; a wonderful addition to the DigiVom roster. Go and give him all your money now.
Cheers Mixo - glad to hear you liked it - and thanks for listing it over at Discogs as well.
BTW, cheers for the copy of Dry Heaves showing on the back cover, and of course the Neu! album. :)
and the CBML3.
it's a class album. giving it a third listen yesterday /today at work. (played in all listening places bar the club and it works)
Oh yes…….
That's a mighty fine-looking record collection there TC.
where are you seeing these images you guys speak of?
the back cover of TC's album.
The picture they are refering to is this:

Here it is without all the text. This is about only a third of what I've got in my flat (you can tell I'm single, can't you?) - I went through a phase of buying job lots of vinyl and then reselling it on eBay so there's some dodgy stuff in those piles on the left that I haven't been able to shift yet.
The DigiVom stuff in the picture isn't me trying some product placement either - I'd just got Dry Heaves and CBML 3 from Mitch and had been playing them before I took this picture. If I'd been trying to show how cool my record collection was I wouldn't have left a Yes album right in the middle of the shot, would I?
If you want to shift some of that, email me……..
Listened to this today, and I like it a lot. Different for you - the beats are more like textures, like that Low Res album V/Vm posted on his old forum. Feels more like an album than a collection of tracks as well. You guys are pumping out some real crackers lately!
I'd forgotten all about that Low Res album - something else that I downloaded and only played about twice before it got buried. Will have to dig it out and give it another listen.
I think this one hangs together as an album better than the two RPM efforts because I took a bit more time over it - they were knocked out in a matter of weeks and are a bit rough in places as a result. Not that there's anything wrong with that approach as it's a good way of generating ideas, ones that you'd probably chuck if there wasn't a time factor involved.
